On 29 – 31 May 2019 XIII All-Russian Forum "Health of the Nation is the basis of Russia's Prosperity" was held on the site of VK "Gostiny Dvor"

During the event, dedicated to the issues of preservation and improving the health of citizens, healthy lifestyle and the development of medical technologies, the exhibition “Health for All” was held, attended by more than 200 Russian companies.

The main topic of the Forum was the discussion of the national projects "Demography", "Health", "Education", "Housing and urban environment" and "Environment", developed in accordance with the "May" Decree of the President of the Russian Federation. The Forum also discussed the rehabilitation systems for people with limited mobility, the prevention of non-infectious diseases, digital technologies to improve the efficiency of rehabilitation services, etc.

On Cosmonautics Day on 12 April 2019 in Skolkovo Technopark took place the meeting of Arkady Dvorkovich with the residents.

The representatives of Innovative center "ISKRA" found out about key pillars of Skolkovo development, plans to change the grant policy, engagement with government agencies, support the implementation of startup solutions in industrial companies, and the possibility of using the Skoltech research infrastructure by all residents of the Fund at the meeting.

The event also raised a number of issues to residents, for example, the forecasts in the grant budget for 2019, initiatives to support business angels, the development of the investment ecosystem, and many others.

From 9th to 11th of April 2019 Expo center hosted 15th international forum MedSoft-2019 «Medical information technologies». For three days, there was an exhibition of medical information systems, which provided medical platforms, machine learning technologies, laboratory information systems, medical equipment, etc.

15th international forum MedSoft-2019 was officially opened in the exhibition hall, where Michail Elyanov, the head of ARMIT, delivered the inaugural address and awarded sponsors and partners with certificates of merit. The meeting was visited by professors of I.M. Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University, IT- project leaders, lawyers, doctors and representatives of MINZDRAV.

The plenary session “New opportunities of medical computer systems” took place in the short-speech format. The speakers spoke about quality management of medical care, trends in health care, modern online services and neural networks in radiology.

On 29 January 2019, in Skolkovo Technopark took place the meeting of Viktor Vekselberg, President of the Skolkovo Foundation, with residents.

The event was in a question-and-answer format and focused on to enhance the effectiveness of commercializing innovation. Nevertheless, during the meeting, participants raised many other important topics, from the global to domestic.

The representatives of Innovative center "ISKRA" attended lecture "Neuroinformatics in an analysis of the texts" оn 17 August 2018 which was on site "Tochka Kipeniya” with the participation of Neuro Academy that is a project of the Industry union "NeuroNet".

The lecture was provided by Alexander Kharlamov, professor in the Department of Computer Science NRU HSE, employee of the Institute of higher nervous activity and neurophysiology of RAS, director of Microsystems Ltd. He spoke on the bases of neuroscience and neuroinformatics, on the opportunities of modern text systems for the text data analysis using artificial intelligence, also on the development and perspectives of the Industry, algorithms and opportunities to engage in work on text analysis. Professor Kharlamov explained the main features of the text data analysis for participants using program system TextAnalyst.

Participants have been able to navigate the modern robotics directions and update knowledge of human psychophysiology. The institute of science and technology of Skolkovo signed an agreement with the Philips company which proclaims the opening of modern laboratory for the “Skoltech” students. JC “Helicopters of Russia” invested 300 million of Rubbles in Skolkovo Venture fund and agreed on creation of acceleration program for the relevant startups. S7 company invested 1 billion of Rubbles in creation of R&D center in Skolkovo and planning to start acceleration of the project. Also was signed an agreement on opening of research center of National Media Group. Center will be conducting R&D in the Big Data analysis and management field.

24-26 May of 2018 in Saint-Petersburg took place international economic forum, the main theme of this year was “creation of economy of trust”. Forum gathered 17 thousand people from 143 countries - Heads of major Russian and international companies and banks, major experts and politicians. Honorary guests of Forum were the president of France Emmanuel Macron and prime-minister of Japan Shinzo Abe. Also, on the plenary session were spotted Managing Director of IMF Christine Madeleine Odette Lagarde and vice-chairman of China Wáng Qíshān.

The seminar "Features of bringing innovative medical products and medical software to the market" opened in the Skolkovo Technopark on March 30, 2018. The event was attended by experts from the Foundation, companies and research institutes involved in the production and examination of medical equipment, as well as representatives of government agencies. They talked about the mechanisms for regulating the sales of medical products, the rules for their registration in Russia and on the territory of the Eurasian Economic Union, the prospects for a single market for medical products in the Unified Energy System, the use of microgrants in order to prepare the product for implementation, as well as the main stages of intellectual property protection during the development of the product and its introduction to the market.

This is a joint project of the Foundation for the Support of the Deafblind "So-Edinenie", the Charitable Foundation "Art, Science and Sport", "Sensor-Tech" Laboratory, FGBU "Scientific and Clinical Center for Otorhinolaryngology of FMBA Russia" and Second Sight.

The participants of the conference present the results of the first operation on the installation of retinal implants to a deafblind patient whose goal is to introduce a new high-tech surgical method for treating blindness in Russia and developing successful methods of rehabilitation.
